Through our Click-to-Tow feature , property managers or authorized residents can request the removal of unauthorized vehicles directly from their phones or desktop dashboards. Each request is backed by license plate recognition (LPR) and real-time validation against resident and visitor parking databases, ensuring that only truly unauthorized vehicles are targeted.

 

Before towing, Smart Track can send automated warnings via text or email to your registered permit holders, giving them a chance to move their vehicle voluntarily . This helps reduce friction while still enforcing your rules.
